ADDvance Treatment Centres is an integrated, interdisciplinary centre that provides comprehensive evaluations, treatment and ongoing management of ADHD. This integrated approach allows clients, children, adolescents and adults to:

• access and integrate the appropriate health care resources in one location
• interact with a personal case management specialist who will help facilitate, coordinate and follow treatment
• have a personal care program that addresses their specific needs and goal

We are currently taking registration for participation in an 8 week, Group CBT/Mindfulness Program that will cover -

• Psycho Education about ADHD
• Restructuring – Learning to think differently in stressful situations
• Mindfulness – learning to be aware and be present in the moment.
